Feelings!!
How does that sound to you?
Positive/Negative/ Mixed/ Consfused/Happy/Sad/Motivating/Demotivating?
I know we all now and then in our life feel it all at once, I know how that feels, sometimes it could give you happiness, excitement, anxiety, sadness at the same time. You will feel confused about why this is happening to you? What is the reason behind that? Without any second thought, you start blaming yourself for feeling it. Why!!
Why whenever we feel negative, we start blaming or pointing out our mistakes? Why can't we just let it be the way it is flowing and allow it to flow from your heart, your mind, your soul? Why it is so hard to accept yourself when you feel like everything is falling apart(which is not every time the case)? But we human does that, Right!
Don't !! I repeat Don't, do this to yourself. It's okay to feel like this, feel it till the time you are done with it, feel the pain as much as you feel the happiness in your life. It's okay to talk about it or not talk about it. It's completely your choice, whether you want to deal with it or stick with it until you feel you are now bored. It's okay to discuss it or not discuss it.
This is happening with YOU, you have all the rights to make a choice.
How do you want to make yourself Feel?
Happy? - Then start doing the things which make you happy and satisfied.
Sad? - Then accept it the way it is, don't assume, don't expect and feel it with your heart.
Excited? - Then do something exciting like watching some movies, series or reading a book, gardening, running maybe.
Positive?- Listen to spiritual videos, TED talks, Toastmasters videos, standup comedy.
The CHOICE is yours! Since it's your "LIFE", whatever comes you have to deal with it because you don't have any other "CHOICE."
